The Integrated Self Defense Techniques program, or
ISDT, is a program for teens and adults that teaches
real world self defense techniques and strategies. It covers
stand-up attack defense techniques, closing the gap on an
attacker, take-downs, and ground defense utilizing proven
skills in Jiu Jitsu.
The training will also cover defense from an armed attacker and
common sense strategies to keep you from becoming a victim.
This is NOT a watered down self defense class that gives you
a false sense of security... this a curriculum driven class
for men and women with repetition of the skills that are
needed to keep you safe and truly empower you!
This class is open to all teens and adults and no karate
experience is necessary. For current CKD Black Belts, at
least one of these curriculum is required for promotion to
3rd degree or higher, so don't wait... Start NOW!
Integrated Self Defense classes are on Mondays from 8-9pm.
For further information, you can
call or email, but we recommend
stopping by during this class time to meet the instructors
and view a class.
